Still, in case of damaged or wrong product delivered, we offer a straight forward return/exchange policy to guarantee your peace of mind.

• We request to contact us with a 3 Dimensional uncut parcel opening video within 24 hours of delivery.
• We accept return/exchange only for damaged or wrong items delivered.
• Returned or exchanged items will undergo a quality inspection before processing return/exchange.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected we will initiate the refund or exchange process promptly.
• The return/refund will be initiated in 7 Business Days
• The final decision remains with the brand.
